MORE THAN 200 WINEMAKERS GATHERED IN FORNOVO DI TARO (PR)
FOR THE 21ST WINEGROWERS’ WINE FAIR.

30 – 31 October, Fornovo di Taro – The year of true restart also coincides for Vini di Vignaioli with the year of return. After two years of uncertainty and fear for live events, everything is back to normal, in the place where the event was born and raised: Fornovo di Taro.
Wines of Winegrowers 2022 is coming home and the wineries appreciate this return: “we sent out the invitations at the end of the summer and the winegrowers, despite being busy with the grape harvest, responded positively from the outset, confirming their participation,” says Christine Cogez – Marzani, the event’s creator and organiser.
More than 200 certified organic and/or biodynamic winemakers who embrace the philosophy of artisanal and ‘natural’ wine from all regions of Italy are expected, such as La Stoppa, Elisabetta Foradori, Stefano Amerighi, Donati Camillo, Pacina, Nino Barraco with many new entries. “For years now, Vini di Vignaioli has become a springboard into the world of artisanal wine for many young producers,” says Christine, “whom we are happy to support from the very beginning of their adventure.
In addition to the winegrowers’ stalls where wines can be tasted and purchased, there will also be stands with selected gastronomic products offering refreshments during both days of the fair with sandwiches, hot dishes and local specialities. There will also be a cultural space to discover all the new wine-themed publications and many opportunities for meetings and discussions.

Wines of Winegrowers was born in 2002 out of the passion for ‘natural’ wine of Christine Marzani Cogez, Parisian by origin and Italian by adoption, with the aim of promoting encounters with winegrowers and the tasting of their wines. For more than 21 years, Vini di Vignaioli has been the show that brings together all the winegrowing artisans of Italy and beyond under one roof.
